We strive to provide the best experience possible for you in addition to beautiful results. Please take note of our policies so we may best serve you!


DARDUR MEDICAL GROUP accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For your convenience, we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions about your account, please don't hesitate to call our office at (708) 960-4694. An important part of good customer service is phone support. If you are unclear about anything, just give us a call and we will clarify confusion!


Friendly reminder: Payment is due at the time of service. In order to make it as convenient as possible, we will bill your insurance company and track any claims. If your coverage changes, please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly. You are responsible for any fees charged by our office, regardless of what your insurance coverage is. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Please call for more information.


Dardur Medical Group is committed to protecting your privacy. We provide a secure and private experience for our patients. All your personal information is encrypted and stored in a secure database accessible only by authorized personnel. All information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and will not be shared with any third parties. Your privacy is important to us.


Mask is required to enter the clinic. If you have recently been exposed to COVID, please do not come into the clinic. We can convert your appointment to virtual. Thank you for your compliance- we are trying our best to keep all our patients and staff safe during these times.


At Dardur Medical Group, we want to make sure you get the care you need. We offer a number of payment plans and accept all major insurance to make it as easy as possible for you. If your preferred method is not on this list, please call our office to see what other options are available. Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees billed by our office, regardless of your  insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies take four to six weeks to respond. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility.
